Let’s unpack what innovation is: the concept, the types, the process (yes there is a method to the madness!) and uncover some tools & methods used in the field.
Kristina Medow is the founder of KM Innovation. She works closely with clients on ways to integrate innovative ideas into their business strategies. As an innovation expert & serial entrepreneur, she’s seen firsthand that too much time & money is wasted on ideas that don’t work. Her goals are to reduce the risk & uncertainty in exploring new ideas and to support others in their innovation journey.
